Hexagon Valley

Hexagon Valley is the answer to the older yellow-region search. It is a separate region from the desert introduced with 1.0. Its distinctive combination is geometric formations, glowing plants, yellow crystal, and the Chromaize and Lumbloom crop listings. The yellow-crystal discussion provides a second source for that resource destination, but does not independently verify every animal in the region. When planning a visit from Outset Grasslands, separate reaching the region from clearing progression obstacles on the route. A 1.0 save has different milestone pacing from an old guide, so the old endgame label describes the earlier progression context. The desert and marsh have their own entries below the map hub.

Acquisition and published details

The item and progression fields below are historical 0.8 wiki data; changes explicitly described in the 1.0 release notes are identified separately.

Obtaining it: Reach it by travelling west/south-west and clear the blocking slime; it is the end-game region of the pre-1.0 build.

Main use: Source of Yellow Crystal and the last two pre-1.0 crops (Chromaize, Lumbloom).
