Red Crystal

Frostpeak Ridge is the region to plan around when a Mod Chip recipe asks for Red Crystal. Collection and processing are separate steps: crystal deposits supply material, while a Grinder produces the dust requested by chip recipes. A full deposit leaving chunks is therefore different from a recipe already asking for dust. Carry the crystal back to processing before counting it as a finished mod ingredient. The older wiki distinguishes small deposits from larger deposits, so an encounter with a small crystal does not establish a universal yield for every node.
